    Charity worker 'broke husband's heart' by leaving him for Tory MP she met while volunteering in Afghanistan

    An eminent anthropologist was left ‘heartbroken’ after his wife divorced him and later moved in with a prominent Tory MP, The Sunday Telegraph reported

    Noah Coburn and his wife, Shoshana Clark, both volunteered in Afghanistan in 2006 for Rory Stewart’s charity, the Turquoise Mountain Foundation.

    Ms Clark was asked to be the NGO’s chief executive a few months after arriving, and later became its managing director, according to The Sunday Telegraph.

    Now, after divorcing her husband, Ms Clark lives with the Penrith and the Border MP, who was awarded an OBE in 2004, the paper reported.
