Roger plank biography

Roger Plank retired from his position as President and Chief Corporate Officer (CCO) of Apache Corporation in 2014, following over 30 years with the company including over 10 years as CFO.

Over his career, Apache�s market value grew 100-fold to approximately $40 billion as the company expanded its international footprint to become one of the largest, most profitable independent oil and gas producers with active operations in six different countries.

Roger�s many responsibilities at Apache included finance and accounting, planning and strategy, business development, oil and gas marketing, purchasing, investor relations, public and governmental affairs, and corporate governance.

Roger currently serves on the Board of Directors of Newfield Exploration and Parker Drilling.

He earned his bachelor�s degree in Economics from Colgate University in 1979 and his MBA from St. Thomas University in his home
